Introduction to the RoleThis role operates from within the HarperCollins 360 business unit, a global publishing and distribution initiative within HarperCollins. You will help manage the publication programme and the sales budget, adding value and securing optimum promotional space across varied sales environments, as well as shadowing and supporting the Affiliate publisher with UK publishing decisions.Responsibilities:Create and execute on specific sales action plans to ensure revenue growth in all product groups and formats,from initial introduction to close.Identify and map potential non-traditional customers, generating leads for new opportunities across all sales channels, including non-bookshop businesses, author sales, and special orders.
