As autonomous vehicles (AVs) continue to advance, we stand at a critical crossroads – not only in technology advancement, but of workforce transformation. From engineering and AI development to legal frameworks, logistics, and urban planning, AVs are set to reshape the global job market. How do we ensure that this transformation is inclusive?
