- abstractThe CASSIS website hosts all the information related to the CASSIS software, including documentation, installation instructions, recent changes and a bugs report form. The CASSIS software provides a variety of tools to perform molecular line identification and analysis, in particular for high-resolution spectra and spectral surveys. Analysis tools include the prediction of spectra for single-dish telescopes, LTE, non-LTE (via the RADEX code) line modeling, and the application of the rotational diagram method to fitted line profiles.
