The World's Largest Fun Run - The City2Surf - will be back in Sydney on Sunday 11 August 2024. Bringing 80,000+ people together from all walks of life to run, jog, walk or stroll the iconic 14km course from Sydney CBD to Bondi Beach. By registering to support Lifeline Australia, every dollar raised through your City2Surf will help save lives by funding Lifeline’s suicide prevention programs: - $39 enables Lifeline to answer a life-saving call from someone in crisis - $50 enables a crisis supporter to have two conversations with people in crisis via text - $120 supports three people in crisis to seek help and find hope through Lifeline’s crisis support service - $500 answers 12 of over 3,000 calls Lifeline receives each day - $1,200 funds a supervisor to provide training & support to crisis supporters for 4-12 weeks Join Team Lifeline Australia and help keep the services running.
