Call Transcriptions wont send to Zapier

I have connected zapier and Dialpad. I am using the call state "hangup" and "transcription" in the zap. Then I am using zapier AI with the input field of "transcription text". The goal is to have Zapier analyze the call transcription and extract a list of action items or tasks that need to be completed, and assign those to an individual based on the AI's reading of the transcription. It then updates a google spreadsheet row with this information. However, It seems to be having issues. The Transcription text reads "no data", additionally, and perhaps related to this, all of the test events that zapier pulls up appear to not be real calls, they all seem to' be test calls. When i use zapier to find recent records for testing the zap, they all say "this is a test call disposition" and none of the call records that were pulled are for any of my actual calls. The trigger does work however. When i make a call and see that the trigger fires in zapier, the problem is that it doesn't output anything, likely relating to the "no data" issue with the call transcription
