Job Description: Discover will not sponsor or transfer employment work visas for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Responsibilities Assembles project teams and aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders. Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manages all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates. Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources. Actively manages and escalates risks to management as needed. Minimum Qualifications At a minimum, here’s what we need from you: Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Information Technology, Business, or related field 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related field In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience Preferred Qualifications If we had our say, we’d also look for: 6+ years of experience in Project Management or related field Payments Industry experience JIRA Agile and/or Kanban PMP #li-cs1 #remote Application Deadline: The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Nov-13-2024. Compensation: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
