Consumer Privacy Rights Request Form

If you are a resident of a state that grants you consumer rights governing data usage, you may submit a request by completing the form below. The information you provide as part of this request will be used only to assist us in processing your request. We may request additional information, if needed, in order to complete our verification process. We will attempt to respond to a verifiable consumer request within thirty (30) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 30 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. We will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. If the applicable state’s laws provide a different timeframe for response, we will comply with such state’s laws.
