Continuous Monthly Membership (EFT) Hold Request
Value, Benefits Plus & TCRC Club continuous monthly membership holders are eligible for two membership holds, up to a maximum of 30 days each, during the calendar year. If you have an annual membership please visit the front counter or email [email protected] to request a hold Hold request dates cannot start before January 10, 2023; no exceptions. In order for the EFT team to process your hold the member must have had at least one monthly payment withdrawn from their bank account. Please note only those with Benefits Plus, Value or TCRC Club Memberships can request a hold Membership hold requests will not change the date we debit your bank account, as per the eft agreement your bank account will be debited on the 1st day of each month or the next business day Please use this form to submit your continuous monthly membership hold request EFT Members can request a membership hold at the front counter, the customer service representative may complete the form on their behalf or the member can complete the online form themselves via link through MLP or EFT program web-page Value, Benefits Plus & TCRC Club continuous monthly membership holders are eligible for two membership holds, up to a maximum of 30 days each, per calendar year.
