We love the new motor. While the output is still rated at 750W, the torque has been increased to 90Nm which will help riders get up hills and accelerate up to speed.. The 720Wh Safe Shield battery is one of the best-made, safest batteries on the market. It is certified to UL’s 2271 standard, and the entire electronics system is certified to 2849..

Rad’s latest commuter has a new design, improved motor, and unique battery tech. With this model Rad offers class 2 or class 3 speed rides.. When it comes to Class 3 commuters, many suffer from one of a couple of drawbacks that keep them from fulfilling that speedy commuter role. Some aren’t stable enough at speed, so people slow down until they feel more confident, while some simply don’t have a gear big enough to allow the rider to pedal at 28 mph. Others say they deliver Class 3 speed but don’t have the power to reach 28 mph. The Rad Power Bikes Radster Road nips all of those issues with this excellent design..

I’m blown away with the new Radster Trail from Rad Power Bikes. This is an exciting new model that is as versatile as it is powerful. From the frame to the motor to the wheel and tire choice, this is a terrific new model from one of the most popular makers of e-bikes.. The Radster Trail rolls on 27.5 x 3-in. tires, what they call a mid-fat. I like the 3-in. width because it handles better than 4-in.-wide tires. Sure, it loses some cushion, but the narrower tire improves the maneuverability, whether on-road or off of it. While this isn’t an eMTB, it does have the ability to take in dirt roads and some natural surface trails. I ran the tires at less than 20 psi and that combined with the 80mm-travel fork gave me a very comfortable ride any time I wasn’t on asphalt..

An approachable step-thru version of the proven RadCity hybrid electric bike featuring frame, wheel, brake, and battery upgrades for its 5th generation. Available in black or white color schemes, the step-thru offers lower standover and minimum saddle height, but introduces some frame flex. Adjustable angle stem, ergonomic grips, hybrid tires, and locking suspension fork provide fit and comfort. The rear rack is now removable, and positioned so the saddle won't collide in low positions.. A growing fleet of mobile service vans and storefronts in the US, Canada, and Europe make trying, buying, and maintaining this ebike more convenient. Redesigned wire routing, motor power cable, and removable downtube cover improve serviceability and reliability. Puncture resistant reflective tires, motor inhibiting brakes with rear light activation, and larger displays with more precise battery readouts elevate safety and usability..

A proven fat tire electric bike with frame, brake, and battery upgrades for its 6th generation. The high-step version is slightly larger and stiffer than the step-thru, but only comes in a black color scheme. Wide 4
