Engineering Management

Purdue University's Master of Engineering Management (MEM) graduate program is an on-campus experience specifically designed for future technical leaders and technical managers who wish to pursue industry careers. Through a 1-year course-focused concentration, or a 2-year professional practice concentration that includes a 1-year industry internship/co-op, students customize their academic curriculum with technical engineering electives and foundational MBA management courses. In order to enhance the benefits of our flexible curriculum, we focus on holistic professional development through seminar training sessions, assessments, industry partnerships, alumni connections, and personalized 1-on-1 guidance from program staff.
