How many total hours are there in a year? - Answers

Well, in a leap year there are 8790 because 366x24=8784 and there is actually also another forth of a day added onto that so 24/4=6 so 8784+6=8790. In a normal year though, there are 8766 because, again, 365x24=8760 then you have to find the extra quarter of the day which again is 6 hours, and then add that to your previous answer and then you get 8760. Hope this helps!! :)
