Immigration Protection for Workers Defending Labor Rights

This accessible guide walks through five steps to apply for labor-based deferred action. Created by Organized Power in Numbers, the National Immigration Project, Tulane University Immigrant Rights Clinic, and the Arriba Las Vegas Workers Center, it was updated in September 2024. It follows a group of workers in their campaign to defend their labor rights and secure immigration relief. Designed to be printed in black and white or shared online, and with space to add local organizational contact information, the guide aims to provide an easy way to introduce workers to these important new protections.
