A Conversation with William Noguera on Joseph Naso and Profiling Serial Killers on Death Row

In 1983, the then-18-year-old and his 16-year-old girlfriend conspired to murder her mother, Jovita Navarro. While in prison, he started to work toward rehabilitation. He became interested in exposing some of his fellow residents of death row. He began working to gain the trust of the serial killers he was incarcerated with. Some, like Joseph Naso, began telling him their biggest secrets.Free now after around forty years, Noguera started his own podcast, Death Row Diaries. Oxygen is coming out with a show based upon his research on Naso, called Death Row Confidential: Secrets of a Serial Killer.
