Episode 8: Shadow Work

In this episode, I break down for you what is your shadow and how to actually take steps to work with it. When we are able to open up to our shadow, to hold it lovingly alongside our light, we are able to truly move forward on our path of growth & expansion with tremendous power. Support the show
