Israel Attacks Hamas Inside Qatar

It is the first Israeli strike in the Gulf state and marks a significant escalation of its tactics against the militant group. Qatar is calling the attack a "blatant violation of international law." Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says his country "accepts responsibility" for the operation, which he claims was justified after a mass shooting in Jerusalem on Monday.
