How do you catch Gastly in Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver? - Answers

You can catch Ghastly by encountering one in the Sprout Tower in Violet City or in the Bell Tower in Ecruteak City in Pokémon Heart Gold and SoulSilver.But it has to be at night.go to the tower where u catch ho-oh and in the second or third floor u will see them at different level.im not really sure what town it is but it the town where u can get the move surf.thats the town and to get surf u must beat all of those lady who is in this one house that they are dancing in.after beating all of those lady talk to the man that is sitting in the house with it rydon.hope i help u to get both thing!!You can find it in Sprout Tower, Bell Tower, and the Safari Zone.Must be at night though.
