It's good (as you should know by now) to weaken Pokemon to red health, the lower the better as long as you don't kill it, a status problem also makes it easier to catch, sleep, paralysis or frozen is best as it won't end up killing it like poison :P Keep on chucking balls, preferably ultra and have a few timers when your stuck there for a while.
