In order to kill this guy, you must be Biological and use "Disrupt" on him. Disrupt must be at the highest tier, tier number 2, so you can destroy 100 focus. Then, he'll use an ability called "Deep Burning," which will take away 2000-3000 of his life in order to regain focus. If his health is about halfway, he won't use "Deep Burning" a lot, and he'll target you, since you're the only one that destroys his focus. What he will use is something called "Holy Scars," which is a window for you. Keep destroying his focus, and inflict a lot of physical damage. You might want to also use "Sample Blood," then "Envenom" and "Wound" to slowly take his health away over time. Then, he'll starts talking about how you ruined his chance to escape, then blah blah blah, then you'll kill him.The next battle isn't really a battle, because you'll see the Baron lying dead in the middle of the floor, and a priest, a knight, and a mage standing on the other side. They'll say how "their master" lied to them, them that's the end of that "battle."What's really weird is that, after you defeat the Baron, and you do "Training Battles," the person who you'll battle is HIM.
