simple you should go to a Nintendo event like Pokemon rocks America bring your cartridge and they will download an aurora ticket and mystic ticket and go to birth island solve some simple puzzle and you will find deoxys other ways to get aurora ticket is with 2 wireless adaptor make sure the other guy has mystery gift and you too then go to the Pokemon center or mart talk to a loser with a green hat he will give you the ticket n then go to birth island p.s. you will get defense deoxys in LeafGreen attack in FireRed speed in emerald and normal in ruby and sapphire first you should get an AURORA TICKET then go to VERMILEON CITY harbor .second sail to birth island. third make the triangle explode then deoxys (at lv.30) well appear. u can catch deoxys by having the aurora ticket it wz avalbl in 2004 in America u hve to go to the BIRTH ISLAND.after having it i don't know wich but its eather a Nintendo event or u trade it from ruby / Sapphire Normally you would need the Aurora Ticket which is unobtainable without cheats.
