There is a little kid trainer near the Sudowoodo Tree who has a Tangela. Beat him, get his phone number and go round normally. He will ring you saying he found something neat, talk to him and he will give you a leaf stone. There are also: Picnicker where you come out from the Forest from Azealea Town: Gives you Fire Stone (I think, I can't overally remember) Person in the route from the left of Mahogany: Gives you stones and items.
