there is not a poke Flute you have to upgrade your poke gear at lavender town town at kanto radio station but first go cerulean city then go to route 9 then when you get to the four small trees go down the steps then surf to power plant talk then talk to the big guy inside working on the machine next go talk to the cop near the front door he will say that a team rocket grunt stole a part and ran toward cerulean city go inside the gym then the team rocket grunt will run outside then go to golden bridge hes hiding between the boy and girl couple talk to him then you will battle him once you win go to cerulean gym go to the place were the stairs are dont go up them the inter tube to the right of the umbrella press A then it should say you found a part then go back to power plant talk to the big guy again give him the part then go to the kanto radio station again talk to then talk to the guy in brown then he will upgrade your poke gear then go to the sleeping snorlax go to radio then move th circle to top star it will play poke flute.
