Then go to the big building on the right, near the entrance. Defeat the team rocket grunt and then speak to the man with a psyduck. He will give you the HM Surf. Go to Ollivine city and have a Pokemon use surf on the sea. Eventually, you should come out at Cianwood city. Defeat the fighting type gym leader, Chuck, and he will give you the TM Focus Punch.WARNING: He has a Poliwrath and a Primape. They both know Focus Punch and double team. Focus Punch is a 2-turn attack, and if your Pokemon do damage with an attack after the Pokemon tightens it,s focus, it will not hit.
