They're under the cycling road YES under not beside. the secret cave is under the girl biker near eterna city. To be more specific, follow down the grass below cycling road till you see a cave, this is not the right cave! the cave you're looking for is to the left of that cave along the wall, under cycling road to the wall closest to the cave walk blindly along it until you enter the cave, gibble should be along the back of the cave! P.S. bring Pokemon with TM flash and HM strength.well, first you go to a little valley under the bicycle bridge (eterna city) you will need HM cut. walk through the grass until you see a cave THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT CAVE!! the cave you're looking for is hidden under the bridge to the left of the cave you see (hidden on the wall so just walk blindly under the bridge against the wall closest to the cave until you find it). You should be able to get a gibble at the back area of the hidden cave!
