Then raise Bayleef to Meganium (it will evolve at Level 32). Send Meganium to Pokemon Diamond via Pal Park. To get Meganium you must catch all 202 Pokemon in Pokemon Emerald. Professor Birch will call you on the Pokenav and tell you to come to his lab. Go there and Birch will let you choose one of the three Johto Starter Pokemon. Choose Chikorita and raise it to a Bayleef (it evolves at Level 16) and raise that Bayleef to a Meganium (it evolves at Level 32). Send Meganium to Pokemon Diamond via Pal Park. You cannot catch wild Chikorita in Pokemon Diamond without cheating using the action replay.
