1) Get the card key Enter the elevator and go to the 9th floor. Go to the right, then follow the hallway down. You will see a room with a scientist. There is also a teleporter there, go on it. Go down, and fight the rocket. then take the thin hallway at the bottom of the screen until you can pick up the card key 2) With the card key Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Go down the middle hallway, and enter the first room on the left. Take the teleporter there. You will enter a room where you must battle your rival. After the battle, continue through the next teleporter, and you will be on Giovanni's floor. There will be 1 more rocket to fight, then you can open the door and face giovanni. Be sure to talk to the president afterwards to get your masterball.
