you go up the stairs,go down the other stairs,don't go through the walk waygo stright it may look like yo cant go stright but u can, don't go up the stairs ,go left and go stright, and go through the walkway,take 6 steps,turn leftkeep walkinguntil u battle this girl,after u battle her go up,go right it may look like u cant but u can battle her go through the walkway,and your there. Hint if u beat her shell cry go away for a little and talk to her again.oh and heal your Pokemon before battleing her[: hope this helps
