when you beat the elite four you'll wind up at your house. when you go downstairs you'll watch tv then your mom will ask you if you pick red or blue. if you pick blue then you have to find latios wildly and laias on one of the secret islands. tip: wheneveryou go into a building latios/latias will move to a new location same when you go into a ne route or town. so the best way to catch them is to go to route 119 and go into the cabin with the wingulls and then go back to yhe long grass. if latios doesn't appear go back into the house then back into the grass. repeat until latios appears.
