Second Iteration is a three day conference on the uses of generative processes in the electronic arts. This includes stochastic generation, rule-based methods, artificial life, generative systems, critical and cultural theory, philosophy. With applications to image creation, music composition, sound synthesis, performance works and architecture. It will be held at Monash University, in Melbourne, Australia on December 5 - 7, 2001.
