With regard to selling off parts of the housing orgs, I predict that if Trump does it then, just like with tariffs, Democrats will grumble about it only because it's Trump, but then the next Democrat President will double down on the same thing as an irresistible source of new revenues to pay for the highest priority and highly expensive progressive social projects, in addition to repaying favors and re-funding their own client kickback network.
