I'll ask around about Dataform, but I think it was probably a combination of all of the things you listed. I was close to it and there were many pretty sad customers who had to figure out a plan, and dbt Cloud being a pretty compromised alternative. Felt like PMF, or more so than dbt Cloud has ever really attained (IMO..
