New settings page, more options to configure features - GrabCAD Blog

There has been one small improvement made for all users - configuring profile and account settings. Something that looks like a tiny change, yet something that can make the life much better for many. Since yesterday evening, the profile info that all community members see about the engineer, the account settings and the e-mail notification settings are now separated and a bit more clear to handle. On the profile page you can add and edit the information that you wish to share with other member engineers. The account settings page includes your e-mail and password information, also a link to cancel your account. The biggest update is for the e-mail settings, that a lot of engineers have given their feedback about. The previous checkboxes were hard to find and as we've added functionality and related notification e-mails over time, a big update and facelift has been long due. The e-mail settings now allow to specifically configure all the incoming mails. We have done a reasonable selection for users who previously had all e-mails enabled in order to not overwhelm everyone.
