Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I can very much relate to what you said, and although it's not fun to be a snail and it has both taken us years and we are still trying to figure it out, it's comforting to know that one isn't alone in this (at least for me it is). Times and the healing journey can be tough and a new approach to life is not easy to come by, especially when it has to be one that is so against what society tells us. Maybe we can learn from the snail nevertheless. Do you know by any chance "The Sound of a Wild Snail Eating", a memoir by Elisabeth Tova Bailey? I've read it only recently and loved it. (More on this in a later post. :)) 🐌
