BOUNDARYLESS COMMUNITY The Boundaryless community is a space to learn and exchange questions, thoughts, and ideas around our experience and vision for collective sense-making around 3EO and Platform design. Having access to this space you are joining a living system growing and learning from collective experience. Please note that while the 3EO (formerly EEEO) community is already active, the PDT one will be opened in the coming weeks. ABOUT BOUNDARYLESS Boundaryless helps organizations to design and build platforms that mobilize ecosystems through the Platform Design Toolkit (PDT) and the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Enabling Organization (3EO): PDT is the original design method, first released in 2013, to build multi-sided, transformative platform strategies to empower ecosystems in creating shared value. 3EO is an emerging organizational model based on self-management and self-governance inspired by Haier’s Rendanheyi.
