Previously, she was Vice-President of Education & Talent at Greater Spokane Inc. Prior, she was WAESD Educational Technology Lead at WAESD/OSPI and an Instructor at University of Calgary. She also has 20+ years of K-12 teaching and administration experience. <br> <br> <u><strong>Education, Honors and Achievements</strong></u> <br> Harter holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Technology from University of Northern Colorado. She also holds a Master of Science in Educational Technology from Dakota State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Dakota Wesleyan University. <br> <br> <strong><u>Personal Details and Community Involvement</u></strong> <br> Harter enjoys golfing, riding her motorcycle and bicycles, and spending time with family, friends and her two cats. <br> </div>
