Yeah I agree. The problem is likely not all of the gap can be filled by other countries. But efforts by then to increase their research will hopefully help. The issue is how many scientists doing amazing work here that could have changed lives will have their years of work dead end (if they can’t continue with finding here or move elsewhere).
