I would advise against "moving on," for all it does is make the problem fester more. Regardless of what you might think, the customers' responses are merely a symptom of a root cause for which Astrashift and Square Enix need to be held accountable—since they're the ones stirring the pot at the moment. Customers while can't articulate things at times, are NOT the problem. We need proper discussions in order to find solutions. Tiresome it may be but someone gotta do it. I will if everyone else won't.
