Mark on Shouting in space

As much as I'd like to and even try to pretend that everything is fine by immersing myself in hands-on-things that i used to thoroughly enjoy, I Can't act like everything is fine; My brain simply will not switch off to what I had read or watched before partaking in any previously enjoyable activity; I guess the psychobabblers would label this new-to-I condition as PTSD, Toxic Shock Syndrome, Shell Shock or even Battle Fatigue but I put it down to simply having too-bloody-much Situational Awareness; They say that Ignorance is Bliss and whilst I have always held this little ditty to be true, never before has it rang more true; Seems to I, from outside looking in, that the sleep-walking and happily clueless among us are once again having the time of their lives even as family, friends, colleagues and neighbours are leaving this mortal coil in droves...and other family, friends, colleagues and (former) neighbours are 'living' in tents, vans, carparks or stairways at a rate never before seen in this 'Lucky Country'; Something appears seriously wrong with the cognitive functioning of a great many 'people'....then again, perhaps it is I that has some neuronal issues as I struggle to find a regular semblance of thy former happy-go-lucky, industrious and creative self; Maybe I should start watching TV...appears to be a cure for Bliss-less Awareness.
