Hi Masooma. I am not ready to say goodbye to PDF. While I understand the motivation behind un-PDF-ing content, I think it is misleading. 1. An experimented buyer would not conduct a product investigation using only AI-search. 2. AI-search is still marginal - even though it is growing fast. 3. People that have a deep interest in your product will download a PDF if you give them good reasons to and if they feel that it will be valuable. Getting informed requires an effort. It's not because you read 4 or 5 AI summaries on a specific topic that you suddenly become an expert. 4. Putting too much content in your website is not the solution. No one likes overcrowded blogs or websites. The more frugal, the better.
