How do you fix pro scale lcs 100 once it says over? - Answers

I'm actually dealing with the same problem and it hasn't even been three days since j purchased it. Off the top of my head have you tried recalibrating it? I haven't simply because I don't have the proper weight.(est. 250 grams). I just tried contacting Accurate Technology(Proscale's manufacturer) at 1-800-233-0580. Unfortunately they only operate during normal business hours M-F, 8AM-5PM E.S.T. I was able to leave a detailed voicemail regarding our common issue so I should be recieving a call back and hopefully a resolution. I'll keep you posted as soon as I know what's up. If worse comes to worse there is a warranty, if said warranty does cover this technical issue and you do send it in to be repaired/replaced.. Be sure to clean the scale thoroughly with alcohol. Hope this helps and like I said, I'll keep you posted.
