Michael, i'm so glad to learn that you've found these noise-reducing ear plugs. P.S. -- contrary to what some Hindutva advocates claim, the Bhagavad Gita is not "5,000 years old." The world's best scholars on the text are quite sure from all sorts of internal / external evidence that the Bh. Gita in its original core only dates to about the 4th century BCE at earliest, and more likely the finished oral text (only later written down) dates to about the 2nd century BCE to around the dawn of the Common Era. So we could say that it's about 2,200 years old.
