Due to their large size, SAR images are not stored in .tif format. A tif image is what you should get after the pre-processing steps mentioned in this article. On my latest article I've included a detailed step by step guide with screenshot on how it is done. Currently the only active SAR plateforme that is publicly accessible is Sentinel 1. It's resolution does not allow to see individual cars. But the number of cars in an area does affect the backscatter (more cars = more backscatter)
