Welcome to the submission platform for the 2025 PROSE Awards!The PROSE Awards recognize publishers who produce books, nonfiction graphic novels, journals, digital products, and reference works of extraordinary merit that make a significant contribution to a field of study. The entry fee for 2024 PROSE Awards is $115.00 per entry.The online entry system will open on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and will close at midnight on Friday, November 18, 2024. Entry for the 2024 PROSE Awards requires 5 simple steps. Be a member of the Association of American Publishers (AAP) or a member of the Association of University Presses (AUP). If the publisher is not a member of AAP and would like to join, please email [email protected].  Complete the online Entry Form. Respond all questions. You know your submission best - tell us why it's the winning entry!  Upload the required electronic review copy and cover art. Annotatable PDF (for note taking) is the preferred format for review copies. Upload any published interviews, endorsements, and other supplemental materials that support your entry.
