Download cheat engine here. cheatengine.org/downloads.php Step 1: In the upper left corner of cheat engine, you select which programs you wish to have cheats for. Select "empire.exe" (this step requires that you have the game running already). Step 2: Under value, type in the current amount of funds you have (i.e. 5000), and press for your first scan. Step 3: Now, go in-game and buy something, or end your turn to get a different amount of funds. After this, type in the new amount in the "Cheat Engine" program in value query again. Press for your next scan. Step 4: At this point, you should now only have one option to choose from, under "addresses." In the left box, double click and highlight the memory block.
