Yu-Gi-Oh cards are worth money depending on the rarity and condition. Individual consumers can buy them from Hobby or Comic shops that buy and sell individual cards. You can find individual cards online as well, there are several sites that have a business with just selling individual cards. Be careful if you choose eBay, because there may be scams out there to make you pay much more for a card than you should, or sell you a reprint instead of the actual card listed. By reprint, I mean that several popular cards in the Yu-Gi-Oh TCG were reprinted after their initial release, by means of later booster packs or Starter/Structure decks.
