P.S The bill has lvl 80s thing is why I told you to get your party Pokemon up to lvl 100 That's compleatLY WRONG! You don't have to do anything of that. Just save before you talk to bill after you saw him at the 4th gym city and keeps asking him. always turn off the Nintendo DS IF YOU DIDIN'T GET A SHINY EEVEE. keep doing it and your get a shiny eevee soon =D
