Clear liqueurs don't really "expire". After (very) long storage times they can taste a little off, but a small sip shouldn't be too harmful, and if it tastes okay, it's almost certainly fine to drink.I wouldn't necessarily trust anything cloudy or opaque (Bailey's Irish Cream), or with actual fruit chunks in it (liquor marketed as "moonshine" is sometimes sold this way), and I'd be wary of beers and low-ABV "malt beverages" like Mike's Hard Lemonade or "coolers".
