Fun ways to play the Sims 2 besides the all known legacies? - Answers
Do a challenge, like the legacy. Obviously you didn't read the question. I'm trying to find fun and different ways to play as well and the two that I thought would be really fun are The Bachelor: Sims Style and The Online Affair. The Bachelor is just like the show. I found a good set of rules for it by searching Google for "Sims 2 Bachelor". The Online Affair is where you have a sim who goes online to find a lover. They can't invite the person over until they are ready to fall in love with them. They can't create relationships with any other sim but the one they meet online. When you think your sim is ready you have them call there online lover over and if they don't fall in love right away you must start over. Tedious but it sounds fun. Also you can make up your own scenarios. I have The Sims 3, so I'm hoping there isn't a huge difference between the two games, but I like making a military academy. Everything is really orderly and every room (bathrooms and bedrooms included) is communal.
