King Arrow, that answer doesnt answer the question. He said how do you defeat him not what attacks he does, so i'll show you real answer. Ok so to defeat the ceo when your done with the cog battle ( 2nd time ) you will battle the ceo. It begins when the ceo goes up front and he does his Golf attacks. Your job is too beat him with bottles and golf. WARNING : Do not use golf toontown fixed that where it doesnt do anything so dont do it. You have to damage him with the bottles. Too bad to make this game challenging it does damages 2, 4, and 6. The red bar will be hard to aim for. Hold down control button to start the power bar. Keep using bpttles till his health is down to red when he says a phrase you won. The CEO has 450 HP if you guys dont know. Be sure to avoid his attacks Golf swing is 15 laff. Cog gears ( only aims at tables ) is 15 laff. Running over you cost you 20 laff and hitting the CEO is 15 laff. Lastly his annoying attack fore which he does 15 laff to all toons. Extras for long battle : When you fight for 20 minutes he gets harder and club turns green which does 18 laff to begin and few seconds 19 laff. He destroys 1 of the snack things. Now after 30 minutes his club will turn so red hes so powerful and moves faster attacks. Which is deadly you will lose 30 laff and every minute he will increase by 1 but his max laff is 45. He destroys other snack things. This is the hardest boss so be prepared with full laff and gags.
