You can move him in using boolProp, but that will mess up your game and is not reccomended. But you can create your own Grim in CAS. Open up Create a Sim and type in "boolProp testingcheatsenabled true" into the cheat box, without the quotes. Then click on the bar where you normally type in last names and, whild holding shift, type the letter N. A pop-up should come up saying something like, "Create a Sim in now in debugging mode." Now, there should be a Grim Reaper outfit availiable for your sims to use. Turn off boolprop when you're finished by typing "boolProp testingcheatsenabled false".
