After you get the national pokedex, go to professor oak in the Pal Park and he says he'll be in Eterna City. Go there and talk to him he'll say the 3 legendary birds (Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno.) are roaming around the sinnoh region. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE AFTER THIS!! Set your poketech to the marking map and you'll see monster faces. Go wherethe monster faces are and in where you get wild pokemon. Now you CANNOT find them by using a fishing rod or in caves. So only in tall grass and on water. Also, DO NOT fly there, or to a close area. In battle use a move that's super effective to lower its HP to the red. If you kill it, then reset your DS. If you didn't save after oak telling you, wait 'till tomorrow. Put it to sleep, paralyze it or freeze it. Then use an Ultra Ball and repetadly press A and B.
